SMEs represent 99% of the EU businesses and account for approximately 13% of global final energy consumption. Their impact is critical to achieving the European Union’s energy efficiency targets of 32.5% by 2030.
Still SMEs do not see energy efficiency as a high priority, added to the lack of time, knowledge, and finance.
